Our service includes the application of Polyurethane Spray in place Foam Insulation. We also install Polyurethane spray, cellulose, fiberglass batts and blown in insulation. Polyurethane spray, in place foam insulation offers businesses and home owners a quieter, draft-free environment, reduced dust and pollen and reduces heating and cooling costs. This product is designed to seal cracks, joints and other problem areas in a variety of structures. There is a potential savings of up to 40% on heating and cooling bills. Polyurethane foam insulation features an R-value of 7 per inch, the highest of any product on the market. It is stable and rigid and will no shrink, sag or settle. It is code approved as Class One and is moisture resistant. The air barrier is seamless, conforms to any shape, fully adheres to the wall system and requires no fasteners, Thereby eliminating thermal bridging and condensation and adding structural strength. It is mold resistant. Homes insulated with the spray polyurethane foam insulation will consistently outperform homes insulated with glass fiber batts, even with equal R-value in the walls. The reason is air flow. When the wind blows, the thermal efficiency of glass fiber batts plummets. Costly house wraps, with their seams and imperfections, cannot compensate for this loss in efficiency. With spray insulation, high thermal efficiency is maintained, regardless of the weather and house wraps are not needed.
